Black on Track particularly aims to address the underemployment and underemployment of Black people in Lambeth who are in early middle age (35-65) to improve employability and entrepreneurial skills.
Black on Track will encourage 35-65-year-old Black people from Lambeth to use community action as a first step to becoming active citizens in order to re-engage with the economy.

Findings from participatory mapping research undertaken with Black and minority communities in the London Borough of Lambeth as part of the Black on Track programme. The research brief for the mapping was to create a ‘Systems Map’ of the relationship between the pilot group and members of the Dominoes club in Lambeth and surrounding communities to identify the barriers and leverage points to their economic engagement.
