What is the role: We are looking for someone who can help us with our internal and external communication as well as data administration. Are you the person who enjoys bringing people together online and have a thing for numbers and sorting things in the right places! Then this is THE job for you!
Key information:
3 days per week for 3 months with the option for extension
£ 12,50 per hour
Place of work flexible
Your role includes:
Organising webinars and community conversations
Holding relationships with the event hosts, sending invites to participants and panellist, sending post-event communication and collecting participants numbers and data
Organising the tech side of webinars on online platforms, administering tools like Eventbrite, Zoom, Google Forms, Monkey Survey and PowerPoint and so on
Ensuring the data is transferred safely into our CRM system
Being our first point of contact when people reach out to Ubele via the email and coordinating what happens next
