The Ubele Initiative is looking for up to 12 young adults (18 - 35 years old) with lived experience from Black and minoritised communities who are able to identify and engage with their peers within and/or across regions. You will contribute to a national research on the presence of Black and minoritised young people in the manual trades.
The research is funded by the Youth Futures Foundation.
All ‘peer researchers’ will be provided with training and a per session fee of £75, with each participant expected to undertake no more than seven sessions between September and December 2021.
