Are you an advocate for change in the landscape of work? If you're a young person, employer, work in employment services, job centers, local authority, youth work, careers, or are an activist, this call is for you!
Ubele cordially invites you to a dynamic roundtable aimed at brainstorming and creating initiatives that help young individuals from Black and Racially Minoritised communities not only enter but thrive in the evolving work environment.
This event is a pivotal part of our collaboration with the Youth Futures Foundation (YFF), a partnership focused on building an evidence-based foundation for best practices in enabling sustainable employment for young people from these communities.
What's in store for you:
🔸 A presentation from the Youth Futures Foundation, shedding light on their mission and funded projects.
🔸 Engaging in an Outcome Mapping process led by the Ubele team to explore strategies for preparing Black and Racially Minoritised young people for the 'work' of 2023.
