Our Sankofa participants had an opportunity to reflect and reconnect on their learning journeys

On Friday, 6th December 2019, we hosted the “Reconnect and Reflect” event for Sankofa participants that attended courses in Athens and Amsterdam.

Here’s some feedback from attendants:

It was powerful to see other black organisation [Untold, Amsterdam] being so independent. It was a great opportunity to make a connection with them.

It was incredible to be in a room with so many people where the ideas were just flowing.

My experience in Athens opened my mind to all the new possibilities for my career.

I was in a different mind space before I went to Athens. Now, I came back to studying and decided to quit my job. I felt I wasn’t making enough difference. Now I feel I’m on the right path to do so.
