London Assembly Environment Committee’s site visit to OrganicLea on Tuesday 16th July 2024
Ubele and Black Rootz participated in this important visit. The cross-party Committee focuses on the London Environment Strategy, the environmental impacts of infrastructure projects, as well as food waste management in London, water security and the Mayor’s target for London to be net zero carbon by 2030.
This is a two-part investigation consisting of a site visit to OrganicLea, including a stakeholder roundtable discussion, and a formal meeting at City Hall on 16th October 2024. This investigation builds upon a Committee meeting into Food Security held in March 2024.
