We are looking for an Administration Intern to help with administrative support, the role will be to carry out general administrative tasks and to provide support to our team.
What you will be doing:
· Handling e-mails and telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
· Using basic computer programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook
· Using office equipment, such as photocopier and scanner
· Inputing data into our databases
· Performing other general administrative tasks, such as filing and printing documents required for events / meetings
· Ensuring tasks are completed on time or referred to the relevant colleague
· Researching and finding flights, making bookings for hotels and restaurants and local travel arrangements for our international programmes
· Scheduling meetings through Doodle Polls
· Taking minutes at our monthly operations meeting and emailing them out to the team
· Arranging and participating in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
· Entering petty cash expenditure onto Excel spreadsheets
Skills & qualities needed:
· Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint particularly familiar with Google Drive
· Open to working flexibly as we are a start-up social enterprise, working from home or having to attend meetings or strategy days that may be on a weekend or weekday evening
· Can pay attention to detail
· Reliable, consistent, dependable and trustworthy
Time commitment: 2– 3 days per week, there is flexibility with which days this could be.

We're looking for a creative and strategically driven social media intern to manage and grow our social impact. You will be responsible for the planning and building of all our social media channels.
What you will be doing:
Creating engaging text, image and video content
Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create interest around our programmes
Researching audience preferences and discover current trends
Staying up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Taking part in campaigns ensuring there is an online presence
Additionally, youmight be asked support our Communications lead in creating publicity (flyers, infographics) and implementing our communications strategy.
Skills & qualities needed:
· Interest in social media
· Experience in managing social media and scheduling tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to deliver creative content
· A proactive self-starter who is equally happy working under direction
· Commitment, knowledge and passion for the digital media landscape and social platforms
Time commitment: 7 – 10 hours per week, there is flexibility with which days this could be.
